We use export-grade multi-layer protective packaging tailored for long-distance ocean freight. Painted body panels and cabins are wrapped with high-density EPE foam, bubble film, and anti-rust moisture barriers. Critical assemblies are secured in heavy-duty angle-iron steel frames or reinforced 7-layer corrugated cartons, and tightly braced inside the container with steel wire ropes to ensure zero collision or scratch damage upon arrival.

We provide a 1-to-3 year structural and core component warranty covering the chassis frame, differential motor, controller, and rear axle. For every full container order, we supply 1%–2% fast-moving wearing parts (such as brake shoes, LED lamps, and switches) free of charge or at factory cost. Complete English assembly manuals, wiring diagrams, and 1-on-1 video engineering support are also included.

Yes, full OEM and private label customization is available for container orders. Our in-house baking paint workshop can match any custom Pantone/RAL body color scheme, apply UV-resistant custom brand decals, laser-engrave your logo on nameplates, and print localized user manuals and shipping cartons in your target market's native language.
